By taking this oath you agree to join the fellowship of Hope Capital and strive for eudaimonia and to live by all the virtues of Hope Capital.
Thou art never to do harm to thy fellow man, nor theft and murder and to take no conflicts in a wrongful quarrel for no law nor for no world's goods.
Thou should be for all fellows and fight for their quarrels, and ever be courteous and never refuse forgiveness to him that asketh forgiveness, for a fellow that is courteous, kind and compassionate has favor in every place.
Thou should never hold another person against their will.
Thou must keep thy word to all and not be feeble of good believeth and faith. Right must be defended against might and distress must be protected.
Thou must know right from wrong and the vain glory of the world, because great pride and bobauce maketh great sorrow. Should anyone require ye of any quest so that it is not to thy shame, thou shouldst fulfil the desire.
Ever it is a fellows deed to help another fellow when he seeth him a great danger, for ever a fellow should loath to see a fellow shamed, for it is only he that is of no honour and who faireth with cowardice that shall never show gentleness or no manner of goodness where he seeth a man in any danger, but always a good man will do another man as he would have done to himself.
It should never be said that a fellow has injured or slain another fellow. Thou shouldst not fail in these things: charity, abstinence and truth.
Be without fear in the face of your enemies. Speak the truth always, safeguard the helpless and do no wrong.
An envious fellow shall never win worship for an envious man wants to win worship he shall be dishonored therefore without any, and for this cause all fellows avoid an envious or jealous man and will show him no favor.
Do not, nor say not, anything that will in any way dishonor the fair name and objectives of Hope Capital and the reputation of its fellows for only by stainless and honorable lives shall the final goal be reached. Therefore be a good person and so I hope ye may be, and if ye be of prowess and of worthiness and live by the company mission and virtues then ye shall be a fellow of Hope Capital and wear the ring of virtue until death.
