Hope Capital enters into confidential discussions with Amcom Telecommunications Ltd
Amcom Telecommunications Limited operates a range of services over its extensive fibre optic network throughout the metropolitatn ares of Perth. Amcom recently acquired a 19.96% stake in iiNet at a cost of $20.4 million.
A strategic partnership with Amcom will enable Hope Capital to establish MediaWeb Australia as a full service broadband entertainment company providing metropolitan households in Perth with Digital Television, Movies on Demand and Games on Demand.
